“Nature to extreme!! Part of my childhood I had stories to tell about this place and when I got the chance now, me and a couple of friends visited Mabalingwe! It was absolutely a wonderful getaway! From a game drive, riding horses, relaxing next to the pool, playing mini-golf; the list just keeps going on and on! Mabalingwe also has a hidden gem! The "Kalahari Oasis". When taking a self-drive around the park you will get hold of this beauty! It is a little bar hidden in the bushes with all these old rusted things. We had a blast taking pictures and to grab something cold to drink! We stayed in one of their chalets: BEAUTIFUL!! Very clean, comfy and everything you needed! Honestly there is so much to do at this Nature Reserve that a weekend is just too short! Our girls ended the weekend with a wonderful massage at the Spa. Staff are very friendly and made sure you feel comfortable to the max! Highly recommended!”

“Mabalingwe is well situated and not very far to travel when living in Johannesburg. The unit we stayed in at KUBU camp was well-equipped for our needs for a Friday to Monday stay. The view from the patio is spectacular and even though the evenings were cold, we spent the evenings on the patio with a fire and some board games. It was very pleasant. We saw lots of birds, so a fantastic place for birdwatching. We had a lot of game visiting us right in front of our Chalet's patio like porcupine, bushbuck, genet, kudu, warthog and the Grey Hornbill. This was spectacular. Would definitely be going back and hope to stay longer and explore the Resort more.”
